When will my coffee ship

Your coffee will be shipped within 48hrs of ordering.

What is the shelf life of my coffee?

We would recommend using your coffee within 4-6 weeks of the roast date. This doesn’t mean your coffee goes bad after 4-6 weeks, but we have found the best tasting results occur during this window. We also don't recommend using your coffee within 3-4 days of being roasted since the coffee needs time to de-gas.

What is the best way to store my coffee?

Once your bag of coffee is opened, the resealable zipper will keep your coffee fresh for 4-6 weeks. We recommend using an airtight container if you selected the 2lb and 5lb bags.

What roast is your coffee?

Our coffee is generally what most would consider light to medium-light roast. Each coffee is roasted to bring out the unique flavors of the beans while creating a well-balanced cup of coffee.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to return all non-coffee items as long as they are in their original conditions within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns on coffee, however, if there is a problem with your coffee please reach out to noah@trouvaillecoffee.com so we can make it right!
