Brew Guide

Our coffees have been dialed in to taste best at a 1:16 ratio which is 1 gram of coffee per 16 grams of water. This ratio goes for pour over, batch brew, and any other brewing method you prefer.
For espresso, each coffee is slightly different and I encourage you to try some recipes out to see what you like the best. A typical espresso recipe I like to follow and I have found to work for our coffee is 19-20 grams in, 36-40 grams out, in 25-30 seconds.
